Undergraduate Courses
At Pearl Academy students are enrolled for a Pathway of 11 month Diplomas that culminates in a Professional Diploma. These diplomas are internationally benchmarked; industry integrated and encourages interdisciplinary learning.
Pearl Academy does not offer any degree program but facilitates learning for Indian recognized Delhi University/Mumbai University Bachelor’s Degree at each of its campuses.
Pearl Academy diplomas are internationally benchmarked. After completion of their Advanced Diploma at Pearl Academy, students have an option for a full credit transfer out of Pearl Academy to Torrens University, Australia towards an internationally recognized Bachelor of Design/ Bachelor of Business/ Bachelor of Media & Communication degree.
Post Graduate Courses
On successful completion of two-year PG pathway, a student is awarded a Post Graduate Diploma from Pearl Academy validated by Domus Academy, Milan, Italy.
The curriculum of the PG Diplomas is developed in association with Domus Academy.
All PG Pathways at Pearl have an in-built 4-week exchange module (optional) at Domus Academy, Milan where students

The three-year UG Pathway in Global Luxury Brands Management is spread across three yearly levels comprising six semesters. The 3 Year UG Pathway incorporates a unique four-week module at NABA, Milan in the fourth semester. Students will learn about luxury retail operations and luxury retailing management along with buying and merchandising. The international module will expose them to global luxury brands and their working. High economic growth has witnessed a corresponding boom, resulting in an increased demand for luxury goods. Pearl Academy awards Merit-cum-Means Scholarship is offered to new entrants (all centers) in regular UG / PG / Masters Programs at the time of admission, for first year only, to attract meritorious students with limited means to benefit from world class education in, Design, Fashion & Business offered at the Academy.
The Merit-cum-Means Scholarship (new entrants) provides partial waiver of tuition fee to a maximum of 10% of new entrants.

Can I apply for all Admission Cycles?
Yes
Applicants may apply for any or multiple admission cycle simultaneously by applying separately by filling a fresh application form for each cycle.
How the result will be communicated?
Result & Admission letter will be available on Pearl website. The soft copy is uploaded on the website and is also mailed on the student’s registered E-mail ID.
What is the pattern of admission test?
Stage 1:
Written Admission Test GPT, DAT & MAT
General Proficiency Test (GPT)
evaluates a candidate’s proficiency in the English language, Logical reasoning, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation.
Design Aptitude Test (DAT)
evaluates a candidates’ aptitude for creativity, drawing, design ability, power of observation and imagination, sensitivity to environment and communication skills.
Media Aptitude Test (MAT)
evaluates a media school applicant's aptitude for creative thinking (ideation on branding or advertisement or campaign), visual expression (logo design or dialogues & expressions writing: screenplay), command over language (short report writing), and power of observation (human behavior or visual elements).
Stage 2:
Personal Interview (including portfolio evaluation / material handling skill test for Design streams).
All candidates are required to undergo a Personal Interview after the Written Admission Test at their respective Entrance Examination center /Personal Interview center’s mentioned on their Admit Card.
Is there another criterion where I can qualify for admissions without giving entrance exams?
Yes, if you have qualified for following tests:-
Waiver of Written Test (GPT)
[Only for PG Course Applicants]
Applicants of PG Pathway are entitled for waiver of General Proficiency Test (GPT) provided they have registered a minimum score as mentioned below. Such applicants will be called for Personal Interview directly subject to submission of valid scores.

The minimum scores of MAT / CAT / GMAT for a waiver of GPT required are as under:
- Minimum MAT score of 500 or above
- Minimum CAT score of 60 percentile or above
- Minimum GMAT score of 450 or above

NATA score card 2019 is applicable only for 4 Year UG Pathway in Interior Design course, 4 Year UG Pathway in Product Design, Accessory Design & Jewellery Design course.

Can I get admission with advanced standing / credit transfer for other studies I’ve done?
Yes, You may apply for lateral admission to Pearl Academy via Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) entry. Pearl’s APL Admission Panel will carry out an assessment of your learning outcomes for lateral entry / admission and you will be required to appear for an interview if approved by the Panel.
Can I block my seat through the Industry Sponsored category?
Yes, however, the Industry quota seats are limited.
Does Pearl provide hostel facilities?
No, Pearl Academy does not provide hostel facilities for students however. Pearl is acting as a facilitator to enable students to obtain hostel accommodation.
ZR Management Pvt. Ltd (“CoHo”) shall autonomously manage its hostel premises (“CoHo Premises”) and students shall be required to pay charges for usage of CoHo Premises directly to CoHo. There will be a direct contractual relationship between CoHo as a hostel accommodation provider and the Student as a resident. Students and parents shall directly deal with CoHo for any service issues, defects and/or any other matters or disputes arising out of or in connection with CoHo Premises or the contract with CoHo.
What about Placements and Internships?
Academy ensures 100% placement assistance and has maintained an excellent record of 97% placements for its graduates. All industry placements, including industry internships, are handled through a centralized Career Services Department.
