Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or dispatched.

Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns only for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with photos or unboxing video proof.

We offer free replacements for verified damaged items. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after claim approval.

All refunds are made to the original payment method.

In case of delays, you may contact us for tracking updates.

Exceptions
Items purchased during sales or with coupon codes may not be eligible for return/refund unless damaged.

Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
