Scholarship Test
Pahal Design has always carried along a set of values that are firmly embedded in its work culture. At Pahal Design, we have always believed that it is our responsibility towards society to enlighten it with the lamp of knowledge. Instilled with this spirit of responsibility, Pahal Design is always doing its bit in helping out scholar students realizing their dreams.
Pahal Design offers scholarships to meritorious students for pursuing classroom programs through its various study centres spread throughout the country. Scholarships range from 5% to 100% fee waiver, based on the eligibility & brilliance of the student.
The scholarships are broadly divided into two categories:
- Merit Scholarships
- Special Scholarships
The scholarships are awarded as follows:
Merit Scholarships are awarded solely on the basis of a student’s performance in his/ her
- Admission Cum Scholarship Test,
- Class X and/or class XII Mark system,
- Class X Grade system,
These scholarships shall be varying according to different conditions and the marks obtained. These scholarships act as a motivational factor for students who are hard-working and wish to get trained for competitive exams.
Special Scholarships are given in some special cases as:
- SC / ST: Due consideration is given to students of SC/ ST category.
- Ex-Pahalites: A student, who has once studied in any of the courses at Pahal Design, is also offered an Ex-Pahalites concession.

| 1. | Ex-Pahalites (P1) | 30% | This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to Ex-Pahalites student who has already taken our 2 years classroom course / 1 year Regular Course at any of our centres/branches of Pahal Design Institute. The student will have to submit the proof for the same. He/she must have paid full course fee. Left out / Droppers will not be given this benefit. |
| 2. | Ex-Pahalites (P2) | 10% | Those students who had joined our Short Term Courses (Scholars / Crash Course / Test Series) shall be given scholarship on tuition fee paid by them in crash course when they seek admission in our Repeater course (XII passed). Such students should submit the photocopy of fee receipt issued to them at the time of admission in crash course. |
| 3. | SC / ST | 10% | Those students must have shown their caste certificate for avail this offer under Indian Government undertaking as that is only valid for NIFT/NID/NATA/UCEED , no any state caste certificate will be valid. |
| 4. | OBC (Non Creamy Layer) | 5% | Those students must have shown their caste certificate for avail this offer under Indian Government undertaking as that is only valid for ?NIFT/NID/NATA/UCEED, no any state caste certificate will be valid. |
| 5. | Admission cum Scholarship Test | Upto 100% | Those students must have taken Scholarship exam conducted by Pahal Design and as per their score in the exam scholarship will be given. |
| 6. | Based on X/XII Exam Performance | 30% (A1 Grade) | If Students have scored greater than or equal to 95% marks in last qualifying exam |
| 7. | 20% | If Students have scored greater than or equal to 90% marks in last qualifying exam | |
| 8. | 10% | If Students have scored greater than or equal to 85% marks in last qualifying exam | |
| 9. | 5% | If Students have scored greater than or equal to 80% marks in last qualifying exam |
Note: The scholarships are offered only on Tuition fee. The student is required to submit the proof for the same to avail respective scholarship(s). Details & eligibility of the scholarships are given in the subsequent sections.
Admission cum Scholarship Test Fee The Admission cum Scholarship Test fee is 500 (including GST 18%). This amount can be paid either by Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Draft / Patym / Google Pay in favour of “PahalDesign Education Pvt Ltd”. The test fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
If at any point of time government decides to charge Service Tax on the scholarship / concession amount / fee waiver and in prize money, then the service tax shall be borne by the students.
