Our Design’s faculty are thorough professionals, practitioners who lead their career with innovative teaching methods and specializations in different fields and academic colleges. We work closely with them, benefiting the students through curated lectures, one-to-one interaction, hands-on training, field visits and more importantly maintaining smaller student-faculty ratios pan India. We have regular faculty and counsellor induction programmes, learning programmes to equip recruits understand the student psychology, mentoring, class management, personality development, and stress management during the recruitment process.

Pahal Design has the faculty of leading artists, designers, scholars, management team, from different areas of expertise from NIFT, NID, Architecture, IIT, Fine-arts, and Management backgrounds and expertise. Our faculty and course coordinators maintain a high-quality education method, dynamic industry developments across our centres. They work with the students and develop new ways to make offline and online learning productive and classroom connectivity.
