After a year of basic design exploration in Foundation, the pathway begins with the exploration of the human body and how it occupies and moves within its spatial surroundings. We then investigate the increasingly complex interactions between people and their cultures, emotions, and activities through various social functions of living, working, resting, and playing. The approach integrates technical, functional, theoretical, materials, aesthetics, and creative processes of design, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, independent learning, and social/ecological consciousness. The three-year UG Pathway in Global Luxury Brands Management is spread across three yearly levels comprising six semesters.

Our 2 Year PG Pathway in Journalism & Mass Communication offers a cutting-edge, modern curriculum for new-age digital learner. It is a unique & new course developed to train media professionals, journalists with an international perspective.
The course is particularly directed to applicants who aspire to be global learners and have an international perspective on social, economic and political issues. It is a postgraduate academic study mode with a lot of studio time and practice-based classes along with relevant theory. This will be supported with international exposure through overseas exchange credited in the curriculum.
A basic course in Foundation design will induct students to the world of design. Students will initiate the understanding of media with traditional print media and different forms of writing for it. They will be exposed to the principles & practices of public relations, advertising principles and strategies with emphasis on Account planning, PR writings & media relations.
Digital Media & Technology will initiate them into broadcast and digital journalism. Students will explore the principles, mechanics, techniques, tools, processes, and aesthetics of television production and online presence. The technical studies will introduce students to the technical and operational basics of audio, video, and multimedia production.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY (MORNING SESSION) – 11 Months Professional Certificate
Course 1 Year Diploma in Professional Photography

This 1 year diploma program imparts skills pertaining to the art of professional photography. The program consists of 12 modules, spanning 3 trimesters with 13 weeks in each trimester in one year.
The students will be trained by eminent and award-winning photographers who will mentor them to develop their own signature style. This course offers hands-on international experience. A panel of esteemed Guest Lecturers help students to understand the commercial aspects of photography. The course imbibes indepth learning with weekly visits to galleries, museums, and the studios of successful working photographers.

Jaipur Campus

A walk through Jaipur Centre
The well-appointed Jaipur centre facilitates design learning and education. Shrimati Pratibha Patil, Hon’ble Ex-President of India, laid the foundation stone of this centre on 29th January 2007, during her tenure as the Governor of Rajasthan. Spread over 3.28 acres, Jaipur centre is equipped with state-of-the-art Jewelry & Gemology Labs. Jaipur centre has a robust infrastructure with learning equipment which parallels the best international design institutes.


Scholarships

Pearl Academy offers upto 50% scholarships to 200 deserving candidates this year. Based on Pearl Academy entrance test results, these scholarships will be offered to new entrants at the time of admission, for first year only. However, Merit Scholarship (Course Toppers) will be awarded annually to students who have topped their respective cohorts.
