IMS-Design & Innovation Academy was established in the year 2005 as the Academy of Fashion & Jewellery Design, with an objective of providing design education. Over a period of time the Academy has evolved and matured as an institute sustaining multiple design specializations like fashion, textiles, jewellery, interior, multimedia & animation as well as retail management. DIA is now poised to become as one of the best design institutes in India comparable internationally. DIA Award

Highlight: DIA offers dual certification along with degree courses in all the disciplines. DIA grants a diploma of 2.5 years in all disciplines called DIA Award to its students. Under DIA Award the students work in close association with the industry and the curriculum is industry centric. Incu-Bay helps student entrepreneurs solve some of the problems commonly associated with running a startup by providing workspace, seed funding, mentoring, and training. It is a facility designed to assist business ideas from the students to become established and profitable during the startup phase.

This hands-on innovative program is carefully designed to help the students to unlock their potential, grow and develop new knowledge and skills for success in workforce and for aspiring career paths. It aspires to provide a holistic learning environment that will nurture all aspects of the Scholars personality and inculcate strong entrepreneurial skills.

A Supportive learning community, consisting of academic and nonacdemic subject experts as well as professionals and entrepreneurs has been especially created to complement academic learning, handhold and mentor the Scholars.
In the rapidly changing environment we are now experiencing students need open minds to deal with many difficult problems they encounter. Given these considerations, Scholars program will encourage inquisitiveness, exploration, questioning and a willing to develop new approaches to problems through mind expanding experiences.

Experiential learning through various engaging, progressive co-curricular activities and live projects designed to reinforce learning have also been incorporated into this course. These activities will be conducted in an open learning environment both inside and outside the classroom.

ACADEMY ADMISSION PROCEDURE
All eligible candidates will have to undergo an Entrance Examination at DIA, Campus Noida which comprises of a written test and personal interview.

Fee Structure
The selected candidates will be required to submit the fee at the time of admission and before the commencement of the programme. Please note that the selected candidates will be allowed to join the programme only after he/she has deposited the full fee of the first semester.
