CEPT – Center for Environmental Planning and Technology

Center for Environmental Planning and Technology offers admission to Bachelor of Planning/B.Planning course on the basis of Planning Admission Test (PAT). Questions from Current Affairs, English language, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Skills, etc will be asked for PAT. PAT qualified candidates should get through an interview round too before final selection.

Admission 2021-22

Admissions 2020 – Seats and Minimum Eligibility criteria: B.Arch
Eligibility for seats to be filled in by CEPT University (All India Category): 

1) Bachelor’s in Architecture Course, candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from an eligible Board from the school located in India (Including Gujarat State) with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time and have obtained valid score in NATA as prescribed by the Council.

For admission to 1st year of 5-year B.Arch. Degree Course, as prescribed by Council of Architecture, a candidate should have passed in 10+2 scheme of examination with PCM subjects or pass in 10+3 Diploma* with Mathematics, as the case may be and have qualified the aptitude test i.e. NATA shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. course for the academic session 2020-2021.

* – A candidate shall have passed the Diploma (I0+ 3) of any stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject from,-

(a) The Technical Examination Board, Gujarat State or

(b) A University established or incorporated by or under a Central or a State Act or an institution declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act. 1956 (3 or 1956)

2) Candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from schools located outside

India with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time and equivalency defined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi shall be eligible for admission.

3) The candidate shall have to pass all the subjects of the qualifying examination from a single Board.

Selection Procedure for Bachelor of Architecture in CEPT University

For All India Category seats

For the candidates who are eligible for admission, the sum of fifty percentage (50%) weightage of the aggregate marks of all subjects of the qualifying examination 10+2   and the  fifty percentage (50%)    weightage of the valid  NATA score obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture for the corresponding year shall be the merit marks for the Bachelor of Architecture Course.

Online admission offer will be sent to the candidates as per the merit rank through the registered email id of the candidate. The candidate shall be prepared to pay the fees in 2-3 working days after receiving the online offer.

*(10+2 scheme with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from any State board or its equivalent in CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/IB or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject from Technical Board of Gujarat or any other state or from a college/university established under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956.)
